your order and shipping info into this form.
This form is smart, see - it'll calculate the total amount you
need to send us, INCLUDING the cost of shipping and sales tax
(California residents only). You'll be asked to confirm your order
on the next screen.
Your
order will go out about a week after we get your card info or
payment. Eric and Anna and I have it down to a science, and we
