Being assertive makes you a force to be reckoned with. I want to coach you to be more blunt about what you demand. What you demand is respect.

If you get the respect you deserve you will change the world and lead.

You must disrupt the equilibrium peacefully if anything is to ever change. I don’t pretend to know what needs to change – although I do know what I don’t like, such as SOPA/PIPA! - so that is why I am focusing on empowering you.
