There isn’t enough radio in the world, so pitch in
The world is full of rich multimedia created by corporations. They overwhelm our senses.
Video killed the radio star. I think it’s mostly narcissistic and pointless. I’m only into music and podcasting because I don’t want to stare at videos anymore.
People will always stereotype you on video. Just speak. This makes your audience judge your IDEAS, not your clothes.
People who make video are fronting. They’re performing, even when interviewed - we know we’re bring judged. I prefer to evade visuals to get your focus placed where I want it - not the screen, but on your own situation in relation to the concepts I am putting forth.
Video takes time up as does audio. That’s why before I post tapes, I take the time to listen to them and type them up. I always come up with extra ideas during this process, as well. But it lets my audience read my ideas in addition to listening, hitting both sides of their brains.
Get your ideas out there. Don’t bother with video to save time and stress. Talking directly into the web is to me way cooler than whatever you’re doing typing or photos or making video. I want to hear you do make some noise!
