Viral
marketing is a common term on the Internet.
It happens when people forward each other stuff they like;
people spread ideas or links as if they're infected with
'em. It's actually sort of beautiful to watch - Hotmail,
the pioneer in viral marketing, figured it out by putting
a little ad for their service on the bottoms of all the
emails people sent out. Boom. Overnight, everyone on the
Internet knew about Hotmail.
Well,
this is different. These are images of all of our stickers.
You put them on your page and link to us if you like 'em.
They're like little "web inoculations"; choose
your favorite and just slap it on your homepage, and just
link it to our homepage at http://www.unamerican.com duh.
You know how to link, yes? of course you do. You are smart
and I don't have to waste my tiring carpal tunnel strength
explaining how to make a dumb hypertext link, now, do I?
it's that "a href" thing. you know. Enough.
What
I'm hoping is that the web will proliferate with these little
pixelnuggets. It's a game I play called memetics;
memes are like genes, except where genes code the body,
memes code the CULTURE. that, for your information, is how
I hope to counter the poisons that advertising has fed you;
these buttons don't advocate a product, they advocate an
alternative way of looking at LIFE ITSELF. Hence, "vaccine".
So
anyway, please use the below graphics as links if you want
to. I am done explaining this obvious thing to you. Are
you ready? Good. Thank you for linking to meeeee!!!! :)
